WELCOME TO YOLO BUNGEE

The most fun you will ever have working out in a judgement free environment.  We offer a low impact high intensity workout that is great for most fitness levels.  It is great for anyone with joint pain or injuries such as ankle, knee, and back issues as well as anyone who just wants a fun new way to workout. In a 30 minute intermediate workout you will burn as many calories as a 2 hour workout in a traditional gym.

Our Harnesses go from 90lbs to 450 lbs , We recommend that you wear tight fitting clothing such as leggings or yoga pants ( shorts are not recommended ) as well as a tee shirt or tank that is longer ( crop tops are not recommended ). We recommend layering your shirts and having an undershirt. Please wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle you will probably need it.  Also we recommend not eating a large meal before class or being intoxicated as it may cause vomiting. Consistent bouncing may cause bladder control issues so if you  have those issues we recommend bringing a pad . There is a liability waiver at the top of the page that each customer will need to sign before your first class.

Everyone will be required to take an intro class before moving to Level 1  class .  Disclaimer:  Please wear gym shoes that tie and also make sure you don't mind getting them dirty. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us and we will be glad to answer any of your concerns.

Fun Facts: Bungee fitness increases blood flow and flushes the lymphatic

    system which is the overall key to health, It improves circulation of the         lymphatic fluids and helps destroy cancerous cells in the body. It only takes a few minutes of bouncing to flush the entire lymphatic system which 

strengthens the immune system by multiplying your white blood cells.

Bungee fitness is an extreme game changer for me. I started this as a way to get in shape and now I don't know where I would be without it. I have lost 55 lbs. since I started and although I still have plenty left to lose, I feel stronger more energetic and healthier. I have never had this much fun working out.
